This FAQ is for clients which are on Office 365 and have been migrated over from Telstra TSuite to Telstra Marketplace Apps.

When a new mailbox is set up in Office 365 and the subscription is through Telstra Marketplace Apps an email is automatically generated from Telstra asking for the user to set up a login to Telstra Marketplace Apps in addition to the automatically generated Office 365 email.  This did not occur before Tsuite was migrated to Telstra Marketplace Apps.

We have put in a support request to Telstra to see if this automatic email can be disabled as it is causing confusion for end users.

We have received a call back and Telstra have confirmed at this stage – 17/07/2015 there is no way of disabling the additional Telstra Marketplace Apps email.
