Where are the Quick Steps in Microsoft Outlook 2016 for Mac?

For those that aren’t aware, Quicksteps are the little buttons up the top of Outlook which allow you to create semi automated actions on emails.

Unfortunately Quick Steps are still not available for Outlook 2016 Users on Mac.  This is unfortunate as it looks like Office for Mac 2016 is still lacking behind it’s windows counterparts.  If you feel inclined you can make a suggestion here.
